"Man, I’m absolutely loving this place! Had a few hiccups upon move in, but I have never seen a staff so dedicated to getting the job done. Two words: ALICIA DUPREE!! This lady is soooo incredible! She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly, and was very well versed when it came to answering all of my questions. I also had the opportunity of meeting the maintenance guys…those guys had me laughing and joking with them the whole time I toured the apartment. How cool was that to have the managing staff AND the maintenance guys tour the apartment with me to ensure my move in would be a smooth one. I’m loving this place, no doubt! Huge THANKS to Alicia, office staff, and the maintenance crew…I should have asked for names so they can be included in this review! Looking forward to relaxing in my new home, thanks to these beautiful people!"
"I applied over a month ago, haven’t heard back. I’ve called multiple times & they don’t answer. When I drove there, Adera in the leasing office promised me I’d hear back within 1-2 business days as I explained to her I needed housing asap. To this day (4.5 weeks later) I still haven’t heard anything. Even if I got denied, which I don’t think I would because my income checks out and I have a good history, some clear, prompt communication from your potential leasing office should be standard. I want a refund!"
"BIG NO!!! I currently have 2 Executives there sleeping on the floor! They reserved a fully furnished Executive Apartment. It took 7 days to get anything in this apartment and currently still have nothing close to executive more like below Standard. Employees never answer the phone & if they do they are brand new or don't have answers. This website has ZERO information on furnishings yet you have an option of "Executive or Standard" furnishing. The office staff doesn't even have a list or clue on this option and yet the pricing is DOUBLE the rent. I'd also love to mention they have fees on top of fees on top of fees. Rent is double then there are charges for delivery, set up & pickup. I will be making multiple calls Monday as the hours state 9-2 on Saturday, I have called over 30 times today with no luck. One Star is over rating this so called Prime Location. As a response.. No that was not the case. No such offer was made & I still can’t get information on the furniture from your manager Adara. It’s Absolutely ridiculous…"
"Over-priced for the shotty quality of construction. Everyone in the leasing office has an attitude and acts like you are an inconvenience to them when you bring up problems with your unit or mail room. The community areas (elevator lobby, hallways, etc) are not kept clean or properly maintained. The maintenance team doesnt seem to know what theyre doing, and always take a long time to get to your service request. They also do building maintenance with no warning to residents (fire alarms going off for extended periods of time, causing panic. Elevator maintenance- keep in mind, there ARE handicapped units on the 4th floor.) The "secure" entry doors don't work half the time, and the door handle to a stairwell in building 1 has been broken for over a year with no true repair. Part of why I chose this location was the security but thats pretty much non-existent due to lack of maintenance. This place looks cute from the outside, but it's by far been my worst leasing experience. Don't buy the "under new management" shtick. The management only seems to get worse every time they restaff."
