"The absolute best apartments I’ve lived in in the Baton Rouge area. From touring the site on the first day of it still being built, I fell in love with it immediately. The architecture and modern design is not something you see commonly in apartments and every aspect of it, interior and exterior, is high quality. The management is always superb and doesn’t let any issues go unresolved. I lived here for about 9 months with my boyfriend and I had no complaints whatsoever. The area is quiet and I never had noise complaints from neighbors like most apartment complexes. I love it and I was honestly sad to move away. It’s amazing!"
"I toured Mid City Flats with my girlfriend a week ago and we absolutely loved it. Tiffany knew everyone’s names and always made sure to stop and wave or say hi to any of the tenants she saw on the way to the demo unit. She’s super awesome and the complex itself is great too! It’s super artistic and very calm and quiet. The industrial style of the apartments, and the new appliances, is what sold my girlfriend and I, and we loved the idea of being able to pick our own unit because that will never happen again. All around and awesome peaceful place. I can’t wait to move in may!"
"Moved in as one of the first tenants because I was so impressed by the design concept - and by the management's attention to detail and creation of community. I can truly say my experience has been superlative. The industrial/urban feel and comfort of my flat, combined with the attention the managers/owners give to tenants' positive personal experience is unequaled in Baton Rouge. We are a diverse, all-inclusive community! Neighborhood is awesome, right on the Government Street corridor, with shopping and best restaurants in Baton Rouge walkable (and bike-able) within a few blocks. Topping it off is the artistic vibe and sense of community of the property. I'm lucky to have found a home here."
"I moved here in December 2020. I have watched The Flats grow with some of the best neighbors. It's truly a fun vibe here. Great atmosphere and the apartments are fantastic. Very artistic style. The management are super easy to work with and make you feel right at home here. So much to do close by. Convenient to everything so if your looking for a great place its right here at the Mid City Flats"
