"I absolutely love the community! I just re-signed my lease today. My unit is very spacious, clean, new flooring and appliances..as well as 2 beds and 2 baths for UNDER $1000 a month. Besides the rare rental rate, the property manager Amanda, is so sweet, attentive, helpful, very professional, and genuinely cares about her residents and the property. She is always on-point with literally everything! Her level of dedication is admirable. Moreover, the property is family oriented, kid friendly, clean, well-manicured and peaceful. The maintenance man Gerald is truly an expert with a phenomenal turnaround time on maintenance request. I love that the parking lots are gated, minimal non-damaging rain flood, and ample parking. The property is also laced with cameras, so everything is on the record. Moreover, the area is low key! It’s near a few grocery stores, plenty of food options, gas stations, about a 8 min drive to LSU, 12 min drive downtown, and it’s pretty much equidistant to all the important and highlighted areas in Baton Rouge! I highly recommend! I posted a few pictures. It does not highlight everything, but is a decent representation! I highly recommend moving here to get your full/over bang for your bucks!"

"1st off,I absolutely love these apartments. I have been searching for the pass 6 months for a reasonable price apartment that's welcoming, look good, and near my job. I stumbled on this property by accident one morning. I walked in unannounced and the property Manager Amanda was so welcoming though she was very busy. She managed to accept my request to see the apartment with out an appointment, not knowing if I will take the apartment or not. I was so moved by her character, and her welcoming , I knew she loved the job she do and she was proud of it. Despite , the fact I had given up the day before she gave me Hope. She understood what I was going through without me saying a word about it and she assured me this would be my Home in her words, "No Worries" . Amanda you are amazing keep do what you doing. YOU HAVE TRULY MADE A DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE AND GAVE ME HOPE . I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS BLESSINGS AND YOUR WORDS "NO WORRIES" . AMANDA YOU ARE TRULY AND ANGEL AND A PHENOMENAL WOMAN. Lastly I like to tell you , your property was so clean , Beautiful, and I felt safe when I entered it. As for the pool area I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT . I CANT WAIT TO GET IN. Over all I give this property a 10 out 10 . Amanda was phenomenal she walked me through each step and not to many property managers will do and that. Amanda made me feel like I was where I needed to be right at HOME."
