"Rent increased but they don’t keep property up. Used to be nice but not lately. Old cars with no tags 4 flats taking up space close to walkway. Breezeways with grease stains on stairs. Maintenance don’t wash breezeways or buildings. Buildings have green dirt on them. No new flowers planted since property was built. Unattended kids leaving trash under breezeways and parking spaces. Absolutely nothing is done when things are reported. The rude assistant manager can care less she doesn’t know how to do a thing besides make errors."

"Gate box broke. They don’t pressure wash. Trash everywhere. Courtesy officer untrustworthy tells residents where complaints come from. Cars with flat tires no tags taking up spaces in parking lots. Went up on rent. Very rude assistant manager and charges up to $25 for door keys and post office box keys."

"This a beautiful community. The apartments are very nice with all the amenities you need. The area is safe and inviting. The property is well-maintained and staff are very professional and always eager to help."

"Pros: Close to public schools. Quiet, mostly. Nice spot for kids to make friends. Units are spacious. Cons: The pool hasn’t been open for the past 2 years since I was living there, so don’t let the pics fool you. They will change your move in date about 12 times before you can get in. Maintenance takes forever to complete an order. The assistant manager always forgets to put the work order in. Manager is RUDE. They don’t keep the gates closed at all so you will be unsafe cause anyone can get in. The apartments are moldy and have poor ventilation. They paint over the mold, mildew, and dirt before you move in. If you don’t run the water for a while everyday, it will stink. Walls are thin. You can hear everything. Beware of SPIDERS !!!!!!!!!!!! They’re huge !!! Bats under breezeway. Can only use one cable company."

"Would not recommend this residence to anyone. Moved in a year ago and I should have not ignored the signs. 1. It took me 4 months to receive a mailbox key. 2. The dryers are rotated from unit to unit when complaining that they do not work instead of being replaced so who knows if you’ll actually get the problem fixed. 3. Water heaters tend to give out every month when it comes to hot water. 4. The gate codes given do not work and they do not have enough gate cards for every resident. 5. MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! Management is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and is rotated every 2-4 months. Every time it is rotated the new team is clueless to what is going on with the site. Payments are lost and sometimes online payments are not accounted for EVEN THOUGH THEY GIVE YOU THE ONLINE INFO UPON SIGNING YOUR LEASE(personal experience). Maintance (workers) are not up to par and are rotated as well. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
