"New management has changed several times since Beverly was in charge. Now no one knows what’s going on, have no clue about the complex, and no one does anything about everything. Lead and mold are an issue and they still will move you into the unit. The units are fixed or even cleaned at times. So if you have children be aware and careful of critters cause pest control you pay for yet it is NON-EXISTING. They also have a lot of air conditioning issues and when it rains it pours real bad here. The regional manager MANDY BUCK is always unavailable and even the property manager Kelly Richardson has a nasty attitude and doesn’t even know who is currently running the property or how to tend to tenants needs properly. It seems they charge whatever numbers and prices they feel on that day and to charge everyone a different rent amount and it is the same square footage and space. A lot of apartments are so outdated it reminds you of the 80s probably even earlier. Do not move here, do not waist your time, these photos are not accurate and you will be disappointed. The walls are thin you here everything, and these new neighbors that keep moving in a dirty, loud, have no respect, and management has no proper information even to call someone in actual charge. Asset living and DLP reality have ruined this apartment complex and it only seems to be getting WORSE, I miss Beverly! Hope this helps you in your decision making."

"This is the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in! Beating and fighting even their conversation on the other end of their cell phone can be heard in any room in my apartment. They slamming doors and cabinets, it seems, on purpose, but God help me if I play my guitar as low as possible without headphones on, then they start banging on the walls and everything! Thank God I’m moving outta here before someone gets hurt or killed!!"

"The complex used to be so amazing but now it is not worth the money or time. The laundry cards that are used for the washer and dryers cannot be purchased/refilled due to their negligence of the sole card machine on the complex. The units are falling apart and they are not making an effort to do anything about the issue. I had a hole in my ceiling for 7 days and counting it hasn’t been corrected despite multiple visits to the office. The communication is poor, their maintenance is poor and the units are worst. I suggest to look at other apartments in the area."

"We loved living here. Mrs. Beverly & her team were the best. I love Mrs. Beverly she's the best property manager ever. These people go over and beyond to help you and make you feel right at home. The best place to live hands down i would refer anyone here."

"This used to be a great apartment complex to live at but now its becoming not safe and there are no upgrades, to outdated units. Carpet is not replaced so you have 25 year old carpet in units. There are some units with the plank flooring but for current residents to get flooring this will be a $100 extra charge, monthly. Pest control is non existent! Homeless people have been sleeping in unsecured laundry areas. The lease fees does not match the fees we are actually paying. The balcony rails are rotting away, the walkways are nasty and haven't been washed in months. There is no work being done to improve the conditions of these apartments and since 1/2023 management changed and the people working in the office will tell you Okay, we will get this taken care of but nothing is being done about anything. Also the regional manager Betsy is aware of the conditions as of 6/2023 and still things continue to go downhill. This complex used to house many older/elderly people but now they are moving/moved out and the new tenants moving in do not care about the complex. They smoke weed in the apartments, throw trash on the grounds."
