"I can never get anyone to answer the phones! RED FLAG"
"These apartments were nice, quiet, well kept along with Lone Oak, now maintenance staff is always short, The apt mngr barely answers the phone in the office, the maintenance staff is very slow to fix things that are a sense of urgency, When Mrs. Connie was in that office things were alot better, the pest control person is barely spotted, or going into the tenants apartments to spray, The pest are bad, if any appliance goes out you will have to wait longer than expected, they're money on time, but you may not even have a working refrigerator, or your air may be blowing warm air, not to mention they're suppose to change your ac filter each month which doesn't happen either, that way you will burn more air than you're suppose to, your bill will be higher than normal, You may as well prepare to fix your own issues, because you will be waiting for any services needed at these apartments which isn't how it was with Mrs Connie."
