"At first it seemed like a decent place to live until management told me my application was fraudulent which was prepared by their employee who was recently fired which had nothing to do with me they refuse to give me my deposit back when asked. Then the manager told me that parts of my application was thrown away which included the number of tenant's that occupied the apartment with me which seemed strange to me so I politely gave them the keys back and seeking help legal services to get my monies back.. Other than that it seems to be a good place to live.."

"Do yourself a favor and keep looking. Our AC has been broken all summer, it has been “fixed” multiple times but each time it breaks again. It has been over 84° in here ALL SUMMER. our refrigerator has broken 5 times in 2 months, and our apartment is infested with roaches. We are not dirty people. We keep our area as clean as possible. The complex has been made aware of our roach problem and has done nothing to fix it."

"Manager Brea told me over the phone she was proceeding with eviction because I was leasing out the unit to airbnb. I moved out because she said I was being evicted, but now says she "doesnt remember" that conversation happening and will be billing me rent until the end of my lease. How convenient for her to forget that conversation so you can now continue billing me and take your time finding a new tenant so I am liable when I moved out quickly to your benefit because YOU said I was being evicted. Do not live here. The place is nothing like the pictures online. They do not keep up with the units at all."

"Just moved here recently and have had a great experience so far. The apt is nice, everything works and updated appliances (stove, microwave, w/d) ac works well and nice carpet. The staff are very pleasant and ready to address any concerns. It's a 13 min walk to downtown which is great as an employee downtown. Feels safe and is quiet. Grounds are free of trash. Highly recommend for anyone new to the area!"

"I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. I recently moved here, and the place is beautiful; it's quiet, and most people are friendly and tend to stay to themselves. When I first moved in, a tenant saw me struggling to place a heavy table in my apartment -- so he offered to help me move some of my furniture into my room without me even asking him. I have not seen any trash outside of the dumpster, and the grounds are kept clean. The manager is polite and does everything that she can to work with you; I haven't had any problems so far. I like how the living rooms are very spacious. No matter how much furniture I bring, I still have room left over to place more furniture. As for the amenities such as cable/Internet providers, you can choose between two providers: Cox Communications and AT&T. I would recommend that anyone who reads negative reviews about this apartment building to please come and see the place for itself."
