Ace Rental Management

"Poor management/maintenance. We’ve submitted maintenance request for 6 months now and have yet to gain a response from anyone. Due to working 9-5, it’s almost impossible to get off of work and speak with someone in the office. I would NOT recommend this rental management company to family or friends."

"Does not answer the phones, nor do they honor their word for the lease they make you sign. Very rude and they always have an attitude. Properties are the equivalent to a bandaid with a gunshot wond."

"As a property owner, I expected Ace to coordinate repairs on my property as needed. For three separate occasion, to include an inoperable air conditioner, they have very promptly extracted their fees, but no contractors ever showed up, or the person who did show up was unable to resolve the problem. I finally had to do my own coordination with contractors to get anything resolved. When I have tried to call, I always get their voice mail machine, and they never call back. This latest incident with the air conditioner convinced me to change property management companies. If you are a property owner, I highly recommend that you look elsewhere."

"My apartment has been at 80 degrees and above for 10 days now. I submitted a maintenance request 6/21 and no one called to check on anything, but they took down the request. When the lady in office called to discuss something unrelated, I brought that up and the fact my door does not lock and still neither have been fixed. AC guy came out today, but he couldn’t fix it and of course it’s a holiday weekend so likely another week of a burning hot apartment with my kids. We’ve only been tenants since end of April and I am already regretting our decision."
