Don’t rent from Wealth Street Capital 6 and beware of these apartments. They will ruin your credit and lie"
"I live here. The management is rude. The maintenance requests get ignored for weeks or they get canceled. The grounds are messy and empty apartments are left wide open so they are rained on and who knows what else. I have put in three requests for my bathtub leaking down into my kitchen and they “fix” it but it’s never fixed."
"The management for the property is terrible. The tubs leak and the “fix” them but they still leak. The maintenance doesn’t know what they are doing. Yes they remodeled a few but they basically put bandaids on everything and used the cheapest materials possible. Do not rent here."
"Black Mold is everywhere in 12 apartments at the same complex. They tried to show me around, and each one had problems. Don't ever rent from these people. They told me I was going to have to pay 700 a month for rent, and told my friend 675 for the same exact apartment. These people are crooks!"
