"CORVIAS is one of the worst Military housing offices I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The houses are in complete disarray, but they are quick to update and furnish their own community centers with the latest and greatest everything. Don't have a washer or dryer? Don't worry they have them at the CC.. for a price."

"Outdated housing and clearly used before you get there. Will nickel and dime every cent out of you and look at you with a straight face. Even if the items has reached its life cycle they will keep piling on the charges. I've never lost a deposit on any other rental but Corvias will literally screw over a service member any chance they get and don't care at all. If you are a potential tenant avoid Corvias military housing, it is NOT worth it to be treated like garbage after living there for 3 and half years. GREED is one helleva a drug"

"Not bad, but had a lot of issues with cheap parts that kept needing replaced over the last several years. Oven barely worked, but they wouldn't replace it, probably 20 years old, and had several electrical issues with the hearing elements and damaged several expensive pans. The cabinets are from the late 80's that have a lot of unusable space. Be very thorough on your move in inspection. Every little stain on the carpets, any deficiency needs to be annotated or you'll pay to have it patched or fixed when you move out. Check the yard, holes from previous owners pets will be your problem after you sign. Normal wear and tear is very vague, high traffic areas will count against you if you aren't careful. Roads in maple terrace are attrocious. Potholes that can pop tires and wear on your vehicle are everywhere. If that doesn't bother you, maybe the constant roach battle might. Or your neighbors garbage disposal waste coming up yours(duplex house is connected) Decent living, but you don't always get what you pay for. Fine tooth comb is your best friend."

"Community office is a lovely building, and they have a nice workout area. Since we have moved in the we've had a couple of problems with workers, and the way they will *handle* a situation. But I guess they feel a since of specialty since they work in there.... who knows.. cause theywill be so nice one minute... the next be rude real quick. I think they need a whole new staff in all honesty. Cause even the managers act like you are a speck of dirt.... Their nice to you if you need a air filter or something small, but once it involves something else ..... HA! Good luck!!!"
