"Maple Courts is one of the better properties in Jasper. Jason, the maintenance guy, is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The complex is new and has nice amenities, however the pool is an eye sore that has been filled with green algae for a couple of months now."

"I absolutely love this place and could not recommend it more. If I could give a thousand stars I would. Its a very friendly community very clean and quiet. The perfect place for a family. The apartments are spacious and gorgeous and a perfect living space. The office staff is AMAZING especially Tracy. She is so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities are fantastic. The pool is a great place to play and exercise as well as learn swimming. The gym is clean and convenient making it a great place to stay active. The bark park is a great way to keep pets happy and the area clean. This place is absolutely fantastic in a very convenient location in town. I am so happy to be living here with my family and look forward to the future. Thank you Maple Court and thank you Tracy my family loves it here and would recommend it to everyone."

"Maple Court is awesome! The staff are friendly (like family). The staff are on top of things too, never any waiting to get things done. Seriously, I’ve lived in apartments all over Texas and this is by far the nicest, well maintained, and managed complex I’ve lived at. Truly a five star experience!"

"Where do I start? The staff Tracey & Gwen are more than professional. Both ladies are GOD sent. The application process was very easy, both ladies went above and beyond to make sure my Family & I were settled in promptly. The property is so beautiful, quiet, and well kept. Now, for as the apartments floor plans ( 1-3 bedrooms) each floor plan is absolutely perfect. There’s plenty of space, the amenities are awesome, the pool is beautiful. I must also add, the Maintenance Gentleman is very professional as well and doesn’t waste anytime when it comes to repairs. Prior to move- in we had a tiny issue-but that didn’t STOP him from going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The open floor plan is everything! If you’re looking for a quiet , beautiful, and well kept property Maple Court is the place to be. Please NOTE that there is zero tolerance when it comes to rules! As, a resident this is highly appreciated. Respectfully!"
