"The rating is not for the doctor but for the office lady, who caused a lot of trouble for us. Around 2 weeks before our baby was born we called the office saying that we want Dr. Bruno to be our pediatrician. After asking our insurance info and the expected due date the lady said ok and all we need to do is to call once the baby is delivered. We listed dr. Bruno on our discharge papers as the pediatrician too. Fast forward to now and we're caling and they say they are not accepting new patients. Mind you, our baby WAS delivered on the due date so it's not like it's a different time for them. And now we need to find a new pediatrician 5 days before Christmas and our baby has some rashes that needed to be looked at. What a waste of time."
