"I love the house that I’ve rented from them. But the office staff is Never Helpful with anything that you call about! I moved in 2022 and complained about the stove to them. I didn’t receive a new stove until the Fall of 2023. I don’t understand what’s so hard about following through on a tenants complaint! Whenever you call the desk help, it’s either I don’t know, or We don’t do that!!"

"Read the bad reviews before you rent a house from Rod Noles. They are accurate, but I decided to ignore the reviews because me and my children needed a place to stay after staying with my parents for awhile because I am a Iraq veteran and from time to time I get sick from being in the war and my parents help me out. The first house I applied for was the 4713 Westgarden home 1700 a month. I was the only one that applied, located in a decent area to raise my children great school Nachman Elementary . I felt like they didn't want any blacks in that home from the things that was said and the location it was in but we all watch the news and we know what is going on in this day in time. They never called back until I called them, the application process said it too 3 business days it was a week and I called they basically gave me the run around and finally when I called again the lady they have working there said I was approved but they decided to sell it but you can have any other house on the list which wasn't descent and the location. I'm a single mother of 4 I'm not going to put my children in a bad situation if I don't have too. I'm told them no I like my 50.00 back for my application back they didn't want to give it back so long story short I got my 50.00 back because I was going to take it further. So still needed a house my silly self saw they had another house listed this month on 3336 Prescott Drive by Cabrini 3 bedroom it was listed at 1500 then he dropped it down to 1200. He had fixed up the inside and the rooms were spacious and he did the roof and it had storage in the back. I loved the house and it was close by the hospital as well and different stores. He told the man I was with that he thought a nurse was going to rent the home red flag 1 then he tried to get us to buy a home from him if I want a descent area for my kids he would sell it for 155,000 and fix the kitchen red flag 2. I'm like I can get a brand new home for that price when I use my Va Loan really. Turn my application in the receptionist was like you trying to get this home red flag 2 I should have question her and like why I can't get it I make enough and everything is good on my background she was like wait 3 business days. I put the application in Oct 2 they gave me the run around again putting me to voice mail when I tried to check on my application act like they didn't do it. Remind you again I was the only one that fill out a application on this property what I was told. I just was approved for key realty on a home and on the airforce base didn't take it because i like this home more. Got a call two days ago your application was not approve. I'm like they cant be so you must forgot who I was just last month i put an application on 4bedroom that cost 1700 I was approved and you said I can have any other house on yall list plus I was approved for other homes just recently. I ask her why she couldn't give me a reason she said I just go by the system it says you wasn't I told her you screwed me the first time and now you screwed me again I know the second time it was my fault but like I said I needed somewhere for me and my kids to stay. I believe he was trying to save the house for someone else like he said he thought a nurse was going to move in there and the black women he have working there they have the worst attitudes and they know what's going on I guess they holding on because they need a job but its something to have your own people that know whats going on to screw you as well instead of standing up for the situation. I will never give this man a dime of my money this situation has made me say hey I'm a veteran im going to use my va loan and buy a home for me and my kids so my money can go towards the pay off of my home not someone that its going to pocket it and mess over you in the process. people please stay away from this company do not give him your business what God has for you its for you just wait something will open up. But don't keep making people rich that's already rich and don't be a fool and fall for their lies"

"I like the apartment but the staff members are very rude. I would say that many times when I called by phone the people really have a tendency to say "I do not know." One time I requested for a key for my mailbox and they said they do not know where to get the key and so I ended up going to the local mailbox office where I was charged a fee for a new key. It ended up that the key should actually come from the apartment and so I was reimbursed. But it took forever (2 months) to give me the key. I needed to call many, many times before they will give me the key. I think the staff members are really very lazy. I just don't like the attitude of not trying and will automatically say "I do not know." As always, if I have issues, I try to avoid calling the staff members because they will always say "I do not know." The apartment is nice though. I just wish they have a better customer service. Maybe if they could screen well the staff members, it will increase customer satisfaction."
