"I recently moved over to The Heights and I’ve absolutely loved it so far. Especially within the time frame I needed to move, Mr. Courtney and Ms. Alanna were nothing short of sweet and patient while assisting me. I’d have to say my move-in process was quick and went as smooth as possible because of them. They worked with me to the best of their abilities regardless of the circumstances at hand and delivered. Communication was and still is top tier and the overall environment is very welcoming. I’d recommend The Heights, to anyone looking for somewhere to stay!"
"I have worked with the Heights as a subcontractor for a while now and have been impressed by the management team, property conditions, and staff while on-site. We work with lots of properties and housing across the state. We have worked closely with them on upgrades and projects and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would have no issue putting a friend or family member at this property for housing especially since the location is so close to campus."
"I have no idea how the reviews are this high. My experience with the front office has been horrible. After having one of the worst upstairs neighbors and being kept up all night long multiple times, what I was told by the office was that they'd contact them. Absolutely nothing has happened. Besides that, everywhere on the property smells like weed and the internet has been out for 2 weeks now. If you're looking for some place to go, the preserve is a significant upgrade and makes the extra $100 look like nothing. Avoid this place at all costs. And not to mention, my roommate did not have a door know in his room and has still not gotten one, and several holes in the wall are covered with paint and not properly replaced."
