"Unable to find a pair of eyeglasses at my own eye doctor’s office. Called SEECA and spoke with a very polite and professional person in the optical department yesterday. Went to their office today. Retold my conversation from yesterday. Megan said she was the one I spoke to. She was very patient in helping me to pick out new frame. Her knowledge, professionalism and pleasant personality were very much appreciated! Paula Dufrene"

"Dec. 11, 2023. New patient. Took my son to his 2:45 PM appt. I picked up my son after school and got there at 2:28 PM. We stood and waited at the counter for approximately 10 minutes. Realizing there was only one receptionist and she was helping another patient with registration, so we sat down on the sofa, within sight of the receptionist. A mother and her young daughter came in a few minutes later and stood around at the counter. At 2:48 PM, when the receptionist finished with the patient, she went immediately to help the mother and daughter. I got up and politely asked her if she would take care of us first since we were there before them. To my surprise, she said that she did not see us sitting there and rudely told us that we have to stand and wait in front of the counter like the mother and daughter did, and would get to us after she's done helping them. Needless to say, we walked out of this establishment immediately. I know this office is an affiliate with SeecA, which Seeca has received plenty of 5 star reviews. I was warned by several friends not to go this location, Eye LA, but I took a chance since they were able to give me same day appointment for my son. So disappointed. Not recommended!"

"I saw doctor d through telematism. And he found that I had a retinal issue after further examination. And I was able to see him in homo and the visit was very nice"

"Eye La is a great local business with a very welcoming atmosphere. Kaylynn got me checked in quickly and my technician Emily was calling me to the back in less than 5 minutes. Emily was very nice and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me, it was my first Telehealth exam. My exam was quick and easy. Emily then got Dr D on the IPad and he took time reviewing my exam. Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming I will definitely be going back for my yearly eye exams."
