"We moved into one of their 3 bedroom town homes eight months ago. It's huge! Over 1600 sq. ft. And it's as big as other town homes we looked at in this area. The apartment has been updated. And it looks so nice. My covered parking is located right in front of my patio gate. Super convenient unloading groceries and such. It's quite here. Nice neighbors on both sides of us We love it!"

"I have lived here for 3 years and didn’t have a problem until August of 2022. I returned home from work to find my ceiling gutted out my furniture was soak and wet along with sheet rock and installation on the floor. When I left him from work that morning there were no leaks and when the maintenance man came to my apartment he was told there were no leaks and called the manager Tammy and told her that she had sent him to the wrong apartment again. Now how he ended back up at my apartment is still a mystery. I called the answering service and they connected my to him and he couldn’t even give me straight answer so I asked to be connected to her and she told me she didn’t send him to my apartment and hoped he hadn’t messed up the wrong apartment. So I said well he confirmed that he was in the wrong apartment to begin with and you sent him to 205 so how did he end up back in 203 she didn’t have an answer. All this lady offered me was dry towels no apology or nothing. My rental insurance didn’t even cover the damages because they said their story did not align with the invoice that was sent in from the roofing company. Also they would the name of the property management company and she would not even give that name because she know that the truth was going to come out about what really happened. Mold had began to grow in the areas where there was plastic and the guy that did the sheet rock did a horrible job. Every time it rains now the ceiling leaks in 3 spots. TOWN SOUTH VILLAS need to update there apartments and get a property manager that care about the tenants well being. Pictures below!!!"

"Called this morning to inquire about an available rental on website, spoke to TAMMY, whom I assume was the front desk leasing agent and before I could barely get my name out, she proceeds to ask me who would be living with me. As I go on to try and tell her that it would be me & my daughter but she’s in college and would only be here on weekends, she’s basically calling me a LIAR in so many words by telling me that former applicants go on to tell her that they only have such and such, but when they actually move in, such and such moves in with them. I then tell her that I’m NOT most people and that I think I would know who lives in my home everyday. After this conversation, I lost all interest in the rental bc if she acts this way before you even step foot on the property, only God knows what would happen when if you finally lease the place geesh!!! My advice for Town South Villas would be to place a person there that actually listens to a possible tenant and not judge them based off past experiences. EVERYONE’S NOT THE SAME. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere."

"Don’t do it!! Live somewhere else, it’s not worth it even at the lower cost! There appeared to be mold at the apartment which was reported twice and no one ever followed up on the complaint. The apartment also gets up to 90 degrees in the summer with the AC on and the management will do nothing about it. They say it’s just from the sun and that’s normal. It’s not normal, I live in another apartment complex now, it’s almost 90 degrees outside and it’s 68 degrees in my apartment. The electricity bill was almost $200 because of how bad the AC system/appliances were. My utility bill now at another apartment that is the same size is $65. Stay away!!! They need to renovate and update things before they allow people to live in such conditions! It’s just not right."

"I don't reccomend living here to anyone. Over $700 a month and our AC don't work. It's summer time right now. It's over 75 degrees indoors and over 100 outside as I'm writing this. The apartment came with a garbage disposal that doesn't work. They painted over a hole in the roof before we moved in so now we have a busted paint bubble in our roof and the paint on the wall is drooping. The bathroom pipes bust when we were sleeping a couple months ago. The landlady threatened to stick us with a plumbing bill if we called because their pipes messed up. The electricity isn't wired right either there are a couple of switches in the apartment that aren't connected to lights. Instead if you flip them it's like flipping a switch on the circuit breaker. If you're thinking about moving here please reconsider. This place isn't even worth $200 a month."
