"I am currently living here and I’m highly dissatisfied. I do not like what I come home to at all. When I first moved in, I had no air. I had no air for 4 days. I asked for a unit for my window, no unit. If you don’t lock the door, all someone has to do is push it open and it opens. They say the carpet cleaned but the carpet still has pet dandruff and odor. The stove and dishwasher are outdated and the sink disposal doesn’t work. There are NO new renovations and to view an apartment, all you have to do is find an empty one and walk in. Guess that means anyone can just come and stay huh? What’s the use of paying rent? A month after the air was “fixed” it’s hot again. First chance I get, I’m getting out of here and I wouldn’t refer anyone to move here or any properties that are under the same management."

"real old apartments that have been neglected over the years. don't expect things to get fixed. ignore the sign out front that says "newly renovated" unless you consider new toilet seats, shower curtain rods and drip plates on the stove as "renovated". the utilities are managed by Synergy. the monthly bill goes up 5-10 dollars every month consistently and that's not from usage. US 80 is a drag strip all night long. my time there was very miserable"

"I don't even know where to begin PLEASE PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE!!!! Unless of course you enjoy things leaking, breaking down, not working, and then getting attitude from the pathetic excuse for a maintenance man IF he ever answers the phone in the first place, not that he actually fixes much.They will also try to scam you out of your security deposit because you didn't do THEIR job of PROFESSIONALLY cleaning the apartment although you did clean it and have video evidence.It may seem worth the money you would save going somewhere else but not if you get jacked for your deposit and spend days at a time with NO A/C plus the headache of the irate maintenance man who screams and curses at you because he's been caught in a lie.Not that it matters because the manager will sit idly by and allow his foul language in front of your two year old daughter.Sadly as long as the review is it's not even the half please just don't."

"This place is FALLING APART! Nothing gets fixed correctly and since the Manager retired this place has gone to the dogs! SLUM LORDS... Would NOT recommend this place at all!"
