"I wanted to pop on here and say how truly amazed I am by the professionalism the Owner of Ray Of Hope And Life Therapy was just now. My 12 y/o son was seeing a therapist here last year about the end of the school year. We ended up having this male therapist be very inappropriate with me, by messaging me inappropriate things on messenger at 1am in the morning. We never went back and just left it at that honestly. A few weeks ago someone asked for recommendations for therapists for their child in a Mommy group I am in. I had responded to someone who recommended Ray of Hope and explained our experience with them. Tonight someone I guess sent it to the owner and he reached out to my husband and I and asked to call. We spoke to him on the phone and explained what happened. I just want to say I've never had a business owner care so much about our experience and about apologizing for the bad experience. He was deeply sorry and informed us that the therapist in question no longer works for them. David Cook is the owner and in my opinion he is an amazing owner and man all around. I highly recommend his business to everyone. Truly a God fearing Christian man definitely 5⭐"

"I was looking for help for my 8 year old son who was just diagnosed with autism and anxiety. We had a lot going on and medication was not an option for me to help with his anxious tendencies. I called Ray of Hope and it was not long that we got set up to start attending counseling. Prior to Ray of Hope my son would look at the weather app every morning to see what the weather was going to do. He would lose it when it was raining. He also had an extreme fear of the loud noises. Since going to Ray of Hope we no longer look at the weather app, our obsessive behavior has been re directed at other things. His ability to speak and express his feelings has drastically gotten better. He ask to go every week, it’s not a process of dragging him to his session. I can’t say enough about the staff at Ray of Hope, they have provided a medication free solution to give my son the ability to thrive in life."

The approach of her plan of treatment was perfect and she felt it was very natural and not forced.
