"They have the AUDACITY to charge a facilities fee to anyone coming to the doctor there. Like we have control over where the doctor keeps their office. Trust I am going all the auto the shareholders with this!!!! They are NOT EVEN THE CHEAPEST HOSPITAL. Now they have the unmitigated gawl to charge hard working people to pay to park, and then screw their insurance co pays. They will pay what we say they will pay because we are greedy. Sickening. Trust when I tell you I am on a campaign. I will take them down."
"Don’t recommend. Was given the wrong diagnosis by not 1 but 4 doctors! Doctors kept saying my daughter was constipated, I expressed I felt like something else was going on because I know my daughter she has a high pain tolerance her cry was from pain. All they did was a Urine culture for test. Thank God I took her to her PCP the next morning she was running a 105.8 fever (3 hours after getting out of this ER, stating this so you can get an idea of how sick she already was at the hospital) after getting out of Texas childrens at 4am with a very wrong diagnosis. My daughter had pneumonia! Never going here again I don’t trust the doctors."
"They call this busy 8 hours of setting here and the whole rude we department is setting on you get the point! Tons of security and no doctors this place is garbage as I’m setting here waiting when my baby’s tonsils can bust at anytime! Do better you horrible hospital!!!!"
"I received a bill , and a lady came in our room about payment options before we saw a Dr. , even though we arrived by ambulance cuz my daughter had a seizure. nurses only came in room to tell me we had to many people and never for updates, , they lost the scans we took at the urgent care. And made her take extra X-rays , for a one year old, then they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with her, didn’t run any strep, covid or extra test, then said make sure you keep any eye on her"
"I understand why they have 2 star reviews. My 8 yr old complained about chest pains last night so we went in at about 10pm. We waited 13 hrs and were never seen because they said that basically my daughter’s issue was not a priority. As Chest pains should be overlooked for 13hrs.Save your time and take your kids somewhere they will be treated like humans. I ended up leaving plus parking was $20.57. I look at as anything could have happened while my child kept getting bumped to the bottom of the list."
