By displaying those flags you as a medical practitioner are admitting that you put making money over the long-term mental and physical health of children. And you’re doing so in a low income area. It’s downright predatory. You said the quiet part out loud without saying anything at all."

"I was told in beginning my first appt had to be in person one time only then i could do telehealth and I specifically wanted to make sure and it was confirmed before I traveled six hrs. Been with them almost a year after leaving planned parenthood in hopes for better treatment plans and suddenly they're throwing the word "policy" around they have to see me after I was reassure several times from more than three people it was just one time only. I regret it 100%. Especially since my originally dr canceled on me because a death in family (last minute) and i booked the appt. 3 months in advanced. That was stressful and highly inconvenient but Al really helped out getting me another dr to take the appt unfortunately that dr was leaving so of course I was going through a 3rd one already, and now this dr insists I go out my way and traveled again because he didn't see me in person instead using telehealth. The policy should be clear on what they tell the patients in the beginning. Will not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't live close. Took two weeks to finally get my med for correct script because the doctor didn't even write it right. They really need to be clearer that the "one time in person only" appt is actually required for *once a year* so I would've known rather or not to plan yearly appt if I was interested going with them. I should've knew better, just way too many red flags. Hope they get sorta out on misinformation. And not leave out important information on what they tell patients in the beginning. Would've been nice to not have to change clinic, thankfully I found somewhere else to go since they didn't seem like they supported telehealth visits much..."
