"I've been asked to share more details. I'm trying to figure out what to say without divulging my personal issues... day 1: spent 4 hours in lobby waiting and filling out psych eval. when finally met Dr. Le, I told her a was too tired to finish the entire eval. she actually said it's probably because you're over medicated.... ummm... she actually had idea what meds or how much I was on. then she said don't worry about it, I don't usually look at them. that appointment costs S450. it then took months for her to get my previous records so she told my insurance company I have generalized anxiety disorder. in the 30 years I've been seeing psychiatrist's and all the diagnosis, it had never been GAD. that statement from her halted the insurance from paying for the 4 meds I'd been on for abt 10 years. it also took her months to give me receipts because of the "diagnostic" issue, so I couldn't get reimbursed for appointments or the meds. That was only the start and only the clerical matters. what I referred to in my last review about how they don't trust anything you say... example, Dr. le wanted my to do a urine analysis for what drugs are in my system, meaning narcotics, and wanted me to pay $300. I said, no, because I know what drugs I have or have not taken and do not need to prove that to you. I would much rather have other test done that cost more, if they yield helpful results. these are the easiest examples to write her, but it got worse, if you can believe that."
