"I have been coming to this urgent care for years, and have always been happy with the care they provided. I was very disappointed with this place on my last visit last week. They are usually pretty prompt. But this time I waited about 1.5 hours, and that was with an appointment. There was a NP instead of a doctor. I could hear her talking away about nothing while I waited to be seen. The summary printout of my visit didn't match my symptoms or her instructions. I don't know if this was a fluke or this is the way it's going to be going forward."
"I was bleeding when I arrived. I was immediately ushered to a treatment room. At one time there were 3 ladies tending my bleeding limbs. Each of the them was personally competent and kept me informed of what was being done and why. The receptionist even went to check for my car keys when I couldn't find them in my purse. The service, competency, and care I received was outstanding."
"Friendly and efficient staff. I can always count on being appropriately treated and feeling better within 2 days. Thank you Mark!! He is the most effective when treating with the right meds. I’ve been coming here since they first opened. The first time before COVID was known to be in the states, I had a horrible cough I couldn’t even catch a breath, and after going to another location twice and not feeling better, I came to In & Out Labarre, Mark gave me a total different treatment & different antibiotic, no kidding, 2 days later I was cured!! I was so grateful that have referred all my relatives and friends."
"Best Irgent Care! Mark is professional and exceptional and efficient. He even gave me 6 stitches in my big toe and I hardly have a scar. Staff is kind, professional and helpful. I’ve been to this location 4 times in 6 years. I refer people to this location often and they’re always well taken care of! I’m just unhappy now to learn that this year they’re not taking my insurance. I hope this changes."
