"I have only been in town for 1 month to care for my elderly parents. I have had to fight to get tests, medicine when my mother with Alzheimer’s is in pain and the timely call backs are absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional. I would think society would treasure their elderly, but as I can see with this Dr (St. Martin), my parents are just an inconvenience and paycheck. I am NOT PLEASED. Even after several attempts to change this situation with him, giving him a chance to better his practice standards, he did not. I cannot respect that even if my parents love him. We will chose another care giver due to his negligence of the elderly! This makes my parents and I sad, as they have had enjoyed him him for many years."
"I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I received. I was diagnosed with an assumption that my lower lumbar, pelvic, knees going numb and foot pain with my already issue of fibromyalgia. This pain I am having has nothing to do with fibromyalgia it's pain in my spine. No x-ray was done and was given a shot, a patch and a assumption for a diagnosis. I urge you to go to any other hospital than this one cause you will only get an assumption. I had heard good things about this hospital ER and with my experience I will never go back even if I am dying."
"I have always had a good experience at Laplace medical center. Dr St Martin has a wonderful bedside manner. The staff is nice and greet you when you walk in. I would recommend Laplace Medical Center to any of my friends that need a PCP."
"I really enjoyed meeting the staff at this location. From the moment I walked in the door until I left I felt like true customer care had been given at 100%. Unlike other locations for Ochsner I have been to in the past it did not feel like I was being rushed in an out but rather I was really being cared for by a group of professionals who wanted to be at their job. Hands-down it was an absolutely wonderful experience."
"Dr. Addy Reine is a phenomenal Doctor, her care for my father is as if he was family. She is very quick to respond and goes above and beyond to help my Dad or family in solving issues or concerns. She takes professionalism and care to very high level. We are very satisfied with her medical services and it is very refreshing to see a medical doctor treat her patients properly. We highly recommend her and she should be commended for her efforts!"
