"I have been working in this area for 8 years. And the brothers used to be good food and good workers. It is completely garbage now. The food is left out for hours. Very poor quality in cooking now. Terrible customer service. Highly do not recommend this place. Do not waste your time or money here. Not what it used to be at all. Within the past year it has gone down extremely. Do not go here. If you have to buy gasoline here use only cash as many have complained about their card information being stolen also."

"The cashier rude from the second I walked in (older white lady in her late 50's or 60's big black eyebrows) overcharged me by $15. When I pointed it out, she started being rude and disrespectful in front of my son. Must be trying to scam people because no one should get defensive when you catch a mistake like that. CHECK YOU RECEIPTS AND BANK STATEMENTS after going here. The worst part is you can't even get a hold of the owner to let them know what's taking place in their store."

"Dear Brothers Food Mart, I have been watching & experiencing how you have been declining through this new ownership. Your corporation fails to realize the uniqueness of our community. You come down here with an arrogance rather than humility, thinking because you’re in a rural setting we NEED you. Your convenience was appreciated all the generations before however you cause more inconvenience to a town that has historically kept this business afloat. We learned after Ida to be inconvenienced, your broken pumps, your poorly catered kitchen, your inability to honor things other locations do, your lack of taking pride in customer service (always on the cell phone while servicing customers) & general lack of caring has put myself and others into the category of “Good luck with that” I have taken my business elsewhere, I’ll drive the extra few miles to get quality food or dine at our LOCALS establishments, I’ll take the extra you charge for gas to burn a slight bit more to get it elsewhere & I wish you luck when all these contractors are gone and you truly feel the impact of missing the local’s business that you blatantly feel is unimportant. "I have tried to stop for gas several times and the key pads on the gas pumps never seem to work. They are clearly aware of this problem and haven't fixed them yet....so frustrating! Fix your pumps!!"

"Called a head 3 hours in advance to order a 24 piece chicken so it would be ready by 7pm. I was told no problem we will have it here waiting on you. Drove like a mad man getting there at 605pm a 55 minute early arrival so I expected to have to wait. Instead they were just cleaning up the kitchen meaning (Closed) and had already sold my 24 piece because nobody picked it up at 7pm like they said they would it was 613pm at this time. Dumb founded I went to buy a variety of monsters which they had one flavor only and a sewing kit which they had none. Overall really bummed and disappointed in the liars who left me starving!"
