"My old doctor stopped coming in to the point where I only saw him once in 7 years. I didn’t complain because I liked the nurse, but it’s not like I got a discount. Then, they changed nurses. Shortly thereafter I was in a bind with my prescription and the new one treated me very coldly. Even with the staff was unapologetically unhelpful. I had been going there for over 10 years! Anyway, it was just really shocking how little they valued their patients. More recently, I tested positive for COVID and called to see what my GP would recommend (e.g., should I go in for antivirals? Tough it out? Take ibuprofen? etc.) but they put me through to voicemail and I still haven’t heard back from them. Having said all that, there are several nurses there who are awesome, and my doctor was great (back when I actually got to see him). TL;DR, I have to fight through an entire front office of Karens and my doctor for the past 15 years likely doesn’t know my name."
"I saw Dr. Hines and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The wait was about 20 min. The lady at the front desk and his nurse were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Dr. Hines had exceptional bedside manners and was very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his care, and he took the time to explain everything and I never felt rushed when asking questions. He made an appointment to a specialist for me and by 8am the next morning the nurse called with my appointment time. You any ask for much more and I highly recommend him."
