"I have been seeing Dr. Pratt for close to a year now and I have had a wonderful and pleasant experience with each appointment every step of the way!! From the friendly front desk staff, compassionate nurses and experienced and knowledgeable Doctors in the office. They have always been willing to work around my hectic schedule to get me in the office as quickly as possible. Every member of their team has been extremely patient and understanding with me and I feel each one of them TRULY CARES about any and every issue or concern I’ve had regarding my health. Dr. Pratt has an excellent bedside manner and has gone above and beyond to address my questions and has shown a true investment and commitment to finding answers and solutions for me. I have NEVER felt rushed or unheard in her presence. She takes her time to listen to me, explain each step of the process, and immediately takes action in providing a treatment plan!! If I could give this office and staff 1,000 stars, I would and I recommend anyone who is looking for a professional, honest and knowledgeable Doctor who will treat you with compassion to call and make an appointment today!"

"If I could put no stars I would … 0/1000 i highly don’t recommend. First off the front desk receptionist is very very very unprofessional and rude . She need training on proper phone etiquette. She doesn’t show compassion for patients. Bad customer service. She really shouldn’t be the first face you see when you walk in the office . If her attitude is like that over the phone, I’m sure it’s worst in person. They also don’t tell you if you miss an appt for whatever reason, you can’t reschedule with them until a year in advance. How pointless? We waited 4 months for that appt Please find another allergy center for y’all allergy needs!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Let me start out by saying I have loved this office and staff and have been seeing them since 2019 with no problem. My experience in no way discredits the doctors .. this is just my experience and what I have been going through due to insurance. My only problem with the office is the way my case was handled and how long you have to wait to be treated . This past June I had a change and insurance and this has caused a domino effect of problems. I am having life threatening issues with my asthma due to my prescription that I have been taking for years being stuck at a pharmacy that is no longer in network with my insurance. I have requested for the prescription to be transferred to an in network pharmacy (with the pharmacy) but they will not approve my medication to be transferred. I am unable to get help from the office until I am seen by the doctor again.. the problem with that is that the office is booked to capacity until May 2024. I had refills left on my prescription to hold me until my appointment but I am unable to access them due to the pharmacy. The office won’t give me samples or at least get the refills I had remaining sent to a new pharmacy. It has now been 6 months since being off of my medication and I have been hospitalized 6 times. Reoccurring pneumonia and constant asthma attacks after normal daily activity. I have tried to get a new script written by my pcp and the numerous urgent care and hospital doctors but the insurance is requiring a specialist to approve this medication. The office has had no empathy for what I am enduring and it is to the point where I’m scared for my life because I’m not sure how long my lungs and heart can take this. After explaining this issue The response that was given to me from the receptionist was “this is just how healthcare is” that’s terrible. I understand there are guidelines for treatment and that’s just how healthcare works but this is my life and it’s scary to think of the risks associated with untreated severe asthma.. I think the doctor I was working with is great however this entire situation has made me realize no one has compassion or truly cares for the well-being of their patients and is completely fine with leaving them without treatment no matter how terrible the condition is.. and that’s so disheartening. The doctors at this practice are wonderful but I can’t recommend this office to be visited if you have any urgent health issues due to how long you have to wait to be treated. Too much can happen in that timeframe."

"My daughter has been seeing Dr Pratt for at least 3 or 4 years. Even living an hour & a half away. Every visit, Dr Pratt has been extremely personable, knowledgeable, & just an all around great doctor for my child & her allergies. We love Dr Pratt & staff! Their office is also great with the seperate play areas for the kids. We rarely have to wait long for her appointments."

"Although, Dr. Pratt is only 16 years old, in my opinion and experience as her patient, I believe the Woman can walk on water! Dr. Pratt has literally changed my life from going to bed 1 or 2 times a month to enjoying life. Dr. Pratt makes one feel as if they are her only patient. Outstanding Medical Doctor. We are Blessed to have this quality care available in our community."
