"The wait was 3 hours long to see the doctor. It was crazy how they allowed appts and web visits and there is only one doctor for everything. You would think an urgent clinic wouldn’t have to wait as long as an ER but not the case. The nurses and doctor were very nice.. that was the only reason I couldn’t be mad at the whole experience."
"The nurse who took care of me did a great job but I was very sick and the wait time was entirely to long for an "Urgent" care clinic. Felt like 15 or 30 minutes between patience if not longer.... I'd rather drive to Central next time bc they're far quicker.. wait time needs to be minimized. Ppl need to work with a sense of urgency.. and the waiting room needs better updating on wait times.. and after reading other reviews I can see that nothing will change if it hasn't yet.. I'll be taking my business elsewhere."
