Speedy Stop

"Damn good food. Clean. Fast cashiers. Clean restrooms. Lots of gas pumps and ample parking front and back of store."

"It's ashame Speedy Stop decided to change from a branded top tier gasoline to a no name gasoline and charge the same price. There's a big difference in top tier gasoline as more detergents are added therefore maintaining a cleaner engine as apposed to non branded gasoline. The argument can be made that non branded gasoline does meet government standards. But, studies have been done proving branded top tier gasoline does make a difference using it on a consistent basis."

"Just had a very unpleasant experience with a male cashier. No personality and just flat out rude. Not a smile, not a thank you or come back. It's sad that todays service of that quality is acceptable. He was a fairly large guy. I ask that maybe customer service be addressed with this gentleman. Date 12/7/22 @ 3:18 I have to say that the manager of the store called me and was extremely pleasant. We discussed the issue and she assured me that she would speak with the young man about his customer service. I am well pleased with the young lady that called to handle this situation. 12/13/22 ."

"They advertise if you buy a carwash gas is 40 cents cheaper so I'm passing through from out of state so I buy the carwash only to find out the carwash is closed but people are working at the car wash. I go in and tell the guy the carwash is closed he says it's good for 30 days I don't live in the area so he doesn't know what to do. Poor customer service simple fix post a sign near the pumps so people know when the car wash hours are."

"Terrible experience. Paid for $40 in gas for my new platinum Ford F-150 truck. I was in the phone and my husband drove off. We called then returned right away as soon as I realized that he had not pumped the fuel. The manager looked up the video and confirmed that we did not pump the gas. She said someone came up behind us and pumped the fuel. Told me that we were out of luck. All I wanted was the fuel I paid for. I paid for a product and should have received it. Honestly I think the girls behind the counter stole the cash because they wouldn't show me the video after I basked to see it. It isn't the money. It's the principal. These people are crooks with terrible customer service. I wouldn't go here again if someone paid me. I'll make sure my husband and my other employees who were following me put negative reviews on this place too. My issue wad not resolved. As a business owner, I will make sure that $40 cost them much much more. I took several courses on web marketing."
