"Dr. Darby and his staff and office manager go out of there way to accommodate you! If you have an emergency he see you right away! There glasses come in quicker than they tell you. The quick walk in service to adjust glasses is amazing! We live and hour away and always call before heading to his office to make sure something has come up that would have them close early. I do know at times Dr. Darby is out the hours during working hours for whatever reason and at times allows the girls to leave early. My husband and I wouldn’t go anywhere but to this office!! Great Job!! Mr. Darby and staff!!"

"HORRIBLE BUSINESS... LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR EYES! If you are looking for good customer service, pass this place up.. They text you when your glasses are in and in the text they include their hours of operation with no mention these hours are subject to change. I took off work and drive two hours (Houma to Cut Off and back) and when I got there they had a sign on the door stating they closed at 3pm. The text I received stated they were open until 4:30pm on Wednesdays. The office manager told me she could mail my glasses for a cost of $10.00. I asked them to cover the cost since it cost me over $10.00 to make the trip to pick up my glasses. The office manager stated she could not and would not do this. I requested a call back from the doctor since I stated I would write a negative review of the business. She acted as if she did not care and said the doctor was not in. I requested to be called back by the doctor. I question the skills of a manager who would put $10.00 over the cost of a negative review."

"I was having an issue with my right eye and Dr. Darby tended to my eye after working hours, so I didn’t have to sleep with discomfort. I am very grateful he put my issue to rest on his own personal time. He is remarkable and I highly respect him as a person and as a Doctor."
