"My initial encounter with Fast Pace Urgent Care was concerning. During my first visit, they directed us to the ER for my 1-year-old's supposed low oxygen, only to find all vitals normal upon ER evaluation. The second visit, for a simple cold, took an unpleasant turn. Despite furnishing my insurance details (I am double insured) and ID, I was told to pay $100 upfront, conflicting with my primary insurance's $30 copay for urgent care. Reluctant to leave a card on file due to past billing errors, I handed over a card, explaining I didn't have the $100 at that moment. The receptionist claimed the card didn't work (surprise), and, despite clarifying my cash constraint, they insisted on the payment or advised me to go elsewhere. This rigid approach, coupled with previous issues, has solidified my decision to make Fast Pace Urgent Care my last resort for any future medical needs."
"Very attentive and knowledgeable. The NP recognized a bigger emergency than could be handled there and wasn’t afraid to refer us to a hospital. It ended up being far worse within hours and we admitted our daughter to the ICU at Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital in Baton Rouge. Thanks for great service!!"

"Mrs. Lisa and Danae were super kind and helpful during my visit. I went in right after 7 pm and was out right at 8 pm, had X-rays completed and looked at, very sweet ladies! Mrs. Lisa even called me the morning after my visit with my x-ray results & asked how I was feeling. I’ve never felt more cared for during an urgent care visit! Thankful to be treated by very kind & caring staff."
