"Personally, I've never had any problem with this office. I've been seen by this office since around 2018, and they usually always got me in same day when I'm sick."

"Its ok place to go if you are ok with waiting over 45 mins in a waiting room, and when you go to leave you make eye contact with the person who is supposed to be in the room taking care of you and they are like yeah, ill be one more minute while they smoke and joke with a nurse. if you are cool with that, then go here"

"Won't go back. I loved this office and I loved Kim and the care she gave me and my children. But when my daughter got a wound on her foot post surgery that would not heal, that is when I had a problem. Her surgeon couldn't figure out why she wasn't healing and I was concerned that some underlying problem was wrong and wanted a second opinion. I called Kim's office and spoke to the nurse. I asked only for advice on what kind of doctor I should bring my daughter to for a non-healing wound. They suggested I bring her in the following day to let Kim look at it and go from there. I was good with that. But the following day they called me and said they could not see my daughter because it was a risk of their malpractice insurance. What?! It was your idea that she come in, not mine! And she is a current patient there! I was completely blown away. I thought the whole purpose of a "primary care" physican is to look at an issue and if you cannot treat it yourself then you refer to the proper specialty doctor to treat the issue. They would not even recommend a kind of doctor for me to bring my child to or anything. Needless to say, as much as I liked Kim's treatment I will not go back here because of this issue. When it mattered most they were not here for my family."

"I became very sick for a long period of time. I saw three Doctors in our area. I could not wait two weeks for an appointment. I told every.single.provider whom i saw and why. Finally one provider found out what was wrong. Being the responsible party I brought my labs to this office so they could update my chart. I new they wouldn’t be able to help me further. I asked if they knew were i could go for futher help. I then phoned them later to check and see if they knew anyone. I was screamed at by Brandi and told that i was never allowed in their office again per Kim the NP (whom i never saw). I saw Brittany NP twice thats all. She was nice the first time. The next time she was very very rude and asked me why i wasnt seeing her only. I told her because i couldnt get in! It wasn't a secret! I was also told i was physician hopping and i was only allowed to see one provider. This isn’t accurate at all! My insurance is a huge commercial plan and i do not have that restriction. Also i was trying to find out what was wrong and couldn’t wait two weeks or more for appts. I was very very sick with an illness that i found out will be longterm for me sadly. Also i was not seeking any type of medications but antibiotics! My system is pure! So that wasnt the problem either. The staff also took it upon themselves to call other staff members in the other physician offices where i went. They asked them to go through my chart and gossiped about me. This is a HIPPA violation. They did not do this out of concern for my health. They did this out of vengeance and lack of self control, ethics, and professionalism for unknown reason. Then told me that they phoned other offices when i called to follow up to see if they knew someone i could go to! Also, dawn in the front office is HORRIBLE. She is rude, crass and tries to play physician. When i would call she wouldnt relay my message or allow me to speak to the nurse. I finally had to say look you arent a nurse or physician please relay my message i need someone to call me. They never called me back. This office is horrible, uneducated, rude, and wayyyyy out of line. They absolutely need to be reported to CMS and the medical board. They had zero reason to treat me like that! Dont go here! They DO NOT have your health or best interest at heart! If i could give them a ZERO i would. Also i have documentation of everything i have stated here."
