"Every other urgent care accepts insurance cards on the phone but when I pulled up my official insurances card the receptionist refused it. Saying we don’t accept those I know every other urgent care does but we don’t on what grounds? It’s an official account that I pay on? All you need is the account number and my ID to verify the legitimacy of the account which I have provided. Ridiculous"
"I have been waiting for over 1 hr to do my labs and every person who came after me got through before me only to find out the the receptionist didn’t even enter my name into the system. To make it worse this is not the first time."
"Terrible place. I called ahead to see if they have a doctor on call and they said yes. And it turns out they only have nurse practitioner. and they are not handicap friendly at all. They made my disabled mother stand up to receive a steroid shot because they don't have a bed for her to lay on. the nurse practitioner is nice and understanding but the nurse who gave shots was so rude. i would never go back to this place."
"My experience with the care was fine. Trying to call the office is a JOKE. If by chance you do get thru, they put you on hold for 32 minutes then disconnect you. Tried calling back and it just rings and rings."
"The testing wasn't bad, but the reception was poor. I called to inform them that I had received a false positive for Covid. After my doctor's scheduler called to say I had Covid, I took an at home test, which showed negative. I scheduled an appointment at another facility a d once again tested negative. I called the first facility and the receptionist said and I quote, 'What do you want me to do about it?' That is so unprofessional! I will never go there again!!"
