"Beware if you take your dog here. First off my dog needed a neuter and it was a very complicated case. I asked many times and the the front desk people made it sound like no problem there would just be an extra fee associated with the complication. When I arrived to drop by dog off I signed consent and a paper that stated that his particular complication would incur an additional $60 fee. They were able to successfully neuter my boy but upon picking him up the fee for the complication was $300. Also upon picking him up he had a tennis ball size bulge on his left posterior hip. When my husband asked what that was from nobody there knew where it came from or how he got it. I asked for antibiotics or a steroid and Kim said we should not need it. Fast forward 1 week later and that bulge is a full blown draining abscess. When I called for a follow up they blamed it on he must of had it already even though at drop off he was perfectly healthy and had bumps or bulges. And that if I wanted him to be seen I could drop him off in their orange clinic and pay an office visit fee. I took my dog to another local vet and surprise surprise he needs another procedure because now that abscess is dying flesh that needs to be removed. My dog has been in pain for days and should have been on a round of antibiotics just like I thought. Go with your gut and steer clear of this establishment."

"All 4 dogs and 3 cats get great healthcare here!! Dr. Michler is great, and their techs are so nice. The girls at front desk are very attentive and personable. I don't imagine I'll ever take my pets anywhere else!"

"Malachi at Jasper animal called and gave my wife an update stating that our baby was doing good, but he was also very very hesitant. He said our dog was improving and showing great signs recovering. I was informed she tested negative for Parvo and received numerous shots. Next Morning, we get a call saying our dog died. We feel lied to and betrayed and something must be done."
