"Texas oncology does not rate with any star! It truly is a shame I had to give them one.. They are so unprofessional. These people do not care about you, or your loved one whatsoever! The lady that called you back to the back is the most rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. She actually tried to pick a fight with me in front of everybody in the waiting room. I’ll because I asked one simple question. It’s truly a shame that they get to use CHRISTUS outpatient clinic to come here because the girls in the office there are the sweetest and most helpful people there are. But Dr. Malani of Texas oncology is so unqualified To be an oncologist, or even a human being. If you value you yourself, are your loved one please do not use Texas oncology. These people do not care about you, or your health or your loved ones health, all they care about is money. Their lack of care and concern for you or your loved is highly lacking. I just cannot stress enough to inform you all to please go somewhere else for care for your loved ones are for yourself. They lied to my family from the start and this has been the biggest regret of my life is Putting our faith and trusting them with my dad‘s care. STAY AWAY rom TEXAS ONCOLOGY!!!"
