"My son had an appointment for today and we arrived 9 minutes late because I’m also a doctor and was running a little late… The secretary was helping other patients and when it was my turn to talk to her, “my time was already passed and there was nothing to do”. My son doesn’t feel good, they need more empathy. Very disappointed!!!!"

"Never had an issue with staff or the care i received but when i asked for a note for work i was refused one. I was legitimately sick and didn't want to spread what i had around at work. I was told that i could only get a note for the day i was seen but not for the days i had missed at work. Was told that they were trying to stop people from taking advantage. Seriously? That's fine and dandy but when someone is legitimately sick it's not fair that they are refused! Very disappointed!"

"Took my two boys here. Both had 103 fever. Flu symptoms. They are 11 months and 2 years old. Before I could even say anything I was turned away and told they couldn’t see me for the rest of the day this was at 11am in the morning because I hadn’t called ahead. This is absolutely ridiculous. been here multiple times and after that probably won’t be back again."
