"The doctors and nurses are some of the kindest and most compassionate individuals I have ever met. I’ve been a patient here for about 10 yesrs. However, the receptionists have been very rude lately (over the last 6 months). I recently had to reschedule an appointment, and apparently they still had me scheduled for the other appointment time. When I arrived for my appointment, they didn’t have my file ready. They said I had Missed my appointment (which had been rescheduled to be on the day that I showed up) and acted as if it were an inconvenience for me to be there. I had to wait more than an hour for them to work me into the schedule for that day. They’ve also been very rude when I’ve requested afternoon appointments (since I’m a teacher and don’t want to miss instructional time with my students). Their attitudes are not reflective of the doctors or nurses or hospital where they are employed. It’s unfortunate that they are your first impression when you arrive."
