"I was not taken care of here. I think they were more concerned about closing time than me as a patient. I needed IV fluids and was told I wasn’t dehydrated enough to get fluids. Thankfully I was able to get fluids from an at home care business and now I’m on the road to recovery."

"I had the most attentive patient care experience here at Urgent Care today. I was greeted by a very friendly smile and caring intake receptionist, Tassy. She spoke gently and with much concern about my health I appreciate the time she took to explained the intake process. I had never been here before and to be honest, I was quite impressed with everything. it takes a lot to get me into a doctor's office here in Louisiana so this isn't something I take lightly. the assistant that took my blood pressure was also very nice. The physician assistant Tony Young was truly outstanding as well- exemplary patient care mannerisms. He explained everything in details about the symptoms I was experiencing, what we were going to do to explore the symptoms and then the treatment we were going to use and Why! Answered all of my many questions without making me feel that I was annoying him , and not one time did I ever feel rushed. This is the best care that I have ever received at a health care facility in Shreveport. This visit restored my confidence in Shreveport's health care system. I WILL tell others about this and I WILL be back! Thank you to all the staff and workers at Velocity Care on Youree Drive. Thank you for taking good care of me.(smile)"

"I came in for an X-ray with bruised or cracked Ribs and I was one of 2 people in the lobby and it took me about 20 mins to go to a room and then another 40 mins standing because I could t breathe when I sat down and one nurse came in the room took some info and said the dr will be in soon and another 15 mins later she popped her head in and said we’ll get you some X-rays and nobody every came! I finally walked 4 steps to the nurses station with all them either on their phones or laughing and cutting to say HEY CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME! Nobody was Friendly from the start and everybody looks to hate the patients even being there! $183 with insurance and no results from my X-rays!"
