"Dr Phillips was wonderful! However the facility was awful. My appointment was at 2pm. I arrived at 1:30. I got called back quickly and saw the Dr right away. She did a thorough review of my medical history. Then I waited over an hour for Woundcare and labs. I'm certain woundcare dropped the ball completely because they never updated me about that. After a bit over an hour someone finally came to give me a cup for a urine test and said to wait in the lobby for blood to be drawn for the other labs. At 4:45 I still hadn't had my blood drawn. Employees were shutting down the office and going home. I finally decided it was time for me to go home as well. Never got my blood drawn."
