"5 stars for Lauren Bonner that services location BUT today is the second time that nobody's called us when the location was closed. Wasted time and my son now has an unexcused absence. No sign on the door. This location doesn't answer the phone at opening time either."

"Love Emily Dunn and the staff at Hope Community. I have never had any problems being seen and they are quick with the referrals to specialist for issues I may have."

"Provider and staff at the Carthage location are very nice and helpful. I was very impressed by the short wait time to get in and room and for the provider. Other locations I have had to wait more than 30 minutes."

"If I could give a negative star I would. Second time I tried to get help in something they know NOTHING ABOUT - HEALTH CARE. Both times I have gotten "I'm sorry we are full up" when NO ONE is in the waiting room and they care nothing about trying to get you to the health care you need. Hope? Lol!!!!! Let's rename that "Don't Have Time To Listen To You "Dog and Pony Show" they don't deserve the title of a medical clinic in my opinion. They don't CARE about your HEALTH."
