"The worst place to get care in the world. Had sand in my eye. Just needed it removed. Went in at 6:30 pm for care. They refused me. I have great insurance. Guess they wanted to go home. Closed at 7pm."

I feel that they should be more equipped to deal with some issues that people have at minor degrees, at least because they did not even have. A breathing treatment that they could help relieve me with which is just a basic help for a cardiovascular patient."
"The care was great. Some other things weren’t. My husband called to see how busy they were so we wouldn’t have to sit around too long and was told that they could not give him that information. Then when we checked in, and found there were 8 people ahead of me , I asked if I could sit in the car and be called or texted when it was my turn and she said they couldn’t do that. I felt terrible and wearing a mask was interfering with my breathing. As I sat there for an hour I could hear her telling other people to sit in the car and she would call them because it was getting too crowded. The PC was very good but they easily have used 2 or 3 physicians/ PAs for the day after christmas"
"The RN was amazing! He saw my worry about my daughter and got us right back. The Dr was also amazing and took her time with my baby. The front desk lady was annoying, when we got taken back she told the RN that how was he going to do his job if he had none of our information. He said old school pen and paper until you can get it. Then acted like we were an inconvenience for her because she was told to wait to see if we needed to pay a co pay or not. My daughter was very lethargic and I was so worried. She acted like I was going to take her and run without paying my co pay. My husband in police uniform was there with me. Ugh still gets under my skin how she acted. Other than that lady. Everything else was great"
