"Let's start..I have hotel phobia. This hotel did not disappoint.the rooms was clean,the restroom made me feel comfortable enough to let my kids use it lol.it was clean.had a fresh clean smell inside the rooms as well. My family and I really enjoyed our visit there. I definitely recommend and will be booking here from now on. I had no complaints or Gross moments at all. We loved it here. Stood on da second floor.oh.. Its one elevator here but it worked."
"Was looking for something inexpensive outside the city as we were traveling as a family. Room had a strong smell as others have said. Our sheets appeared clean but the comforter (under the coverlet) appeared to have “Cheeto dust/crumbs” so I guess they don’t change those too often. We reserved a room with a pullout sofa bed, and indicated that there were 3 people, but were given no extra sheet and had to ask. Upon folding out the bed, it was an immediate no. It was filthy. We covered the couch with the sheets and our child slept there instead. Neighbors were loud but quieted down after a call to the front desk. Breakfast was about what you’d expect, was hoping for biscuits and gravy, but was disappointed. The ladies at the check-in desk were very kind, but it was just a bit disappointing overall."
"The pictures on here are very deceiving. It looks absolutely nothing like this. I didn't leave a star for service or location because both were 0. The hotel is old and smelly. You are hit with a foul smell when walking in side and a super foul smell when walking up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The carpet throughout is dirty and smelly, and should be taken up immediately. The hotel is next door to a Dollar Tree store and nothing else. No restaurants in the area, except for fast food chicken joints. Location is not ideal at all. We went on a trip supposedly to enjoy New Orleans as per Diamond Tours. What a rip off."
"Good rooms and restroom but carpet smell is very strong. Carpet needs an urgent clean or replacement!!! Breakfast is fair."
"I couldn't have asked for a better room(clean and modern) with the deal I got and the service was great. Everyone was extremely sweet from the cleaners to the managers and they immediately resolved a booking issue. I stayed 2 nights at first and 2 shortly after based on my experience. Can't speak highly enough of how these folks treated a random traveler."
