He listened carefully to everything we said and asked - he understood, asked insightful questions that we had not thought of, and explained the 'what and why' options - not just the 'what'. My wife and I were most impressed with Reggie's professionalism, friendliness and sound advice (and we've bought many mattresses in our 71 years of life). He didn't try to 'sell' us anything on the phone. It was a 'no brainer' to go to that same Mattress Firm store today.
