"The staff is wonderful here! From maintenance, to housekeeping up to the front desk from Michelle, Drelly, Alecia, Kara & Bernadine! Also, everyone else in the staff. This is a great hotel, always a wonderful stay for me! Always have somewhere to park my 18 wheeler on the street! Normal stay is twice a week ! The breakfast is also top tier, wouldn’t want to miss that."
"I absolutely adore this particular Hampton Inn! It's hands down one of my favorites. Not only is it perfectly situated for my business needs, but it's also surrounded by fantastic shopping and dining options. And let me tell you, the convenience of having quick access to New Orleans is simply delightful! Sure, I must admit that the hotel and rooms may be a tad outdated, but the exceptional customer service provided by the staff more than compensates for it. Their dedication and attentiveness are truly remarkable. Oh, and let's not forget about breakfast! It's always a delight to start my day with a meticulously prepared meal, where every detail is taken into consideration. Simply splendid!"
"I like that the hotel isn't in the center of the city so it's not super loud but it's close enough to get where you want to quickly. The room was clean, the staff are friendly, and the food was good. I like that the outside doors can only be opened with a key card and there are plenty of lights in the parking lot so it feels pretty safe."
"Good things: Nice looking lobby. Water bottles and coffee dispensers are nice. Desk folks are kind. Bad things: Tough location to get in and out of. Our room (212) smelled like a rusty dumpster behind a bar. All the painted surfaces and table tops were sticky. All the upholstered surfaces were stained and ratty. The toilet clogged. Even though we had reserved a room for 4, there weren't 4 towels /washcloths, and we had to request a cot for our 'suite'. The door between the bedroom and living space wouldn't latch."
"The staff at this Hampton Inn were so friendly. The customer service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean. Pillows were horrible but the beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again."
