"Nice friendly staff, room was alright and clean. Bed was changed every day. Show was hot. Clean fridge and plenty of channels on the tv."

"My husband and I were traveling and stopped here later in the evening to stay overnight. At first we thought the motel was right up our alley. It seemed clean on the outside and was reasonably priced with a sign that warned against children. After we had gotten situated in the room (#132) I saw what looked like black specs on the mattress. Upon lifting the mattress there was live bed bugs. Like I said it was late and we did like the motel and sometimes these things happen so we went back up to the office. The office was closed but had a door bell to ring. So we sat ringing it multiple times. I guess when the manager figured we were not going away he finally came to the window. We told him the issue and said we were fine switching to a different room. Without actually looking at our current room, he just gave us keys to the room next to it (#131). He also stated that he had just gotten out of the hospital and did not feel well. Of course we felt terrible about waking him up and the whole business. We immediately looked under the mattress in the second room and there was another infestation of bed bugs. At this point, as you can imagine, we thought that it would be best to go to another motel. No surprise, upon ringing the bell again at the office there was no answer. We left for the night and went to a more expensive motel down the street. The next day, when asking for a refund on the room, we were promptly met with derision. The manager stated that we were just trying to scam him and we must need money. We offered to send him the pictures we took to prove that this was a legitimate issue, but he stated "How do I know those pictures were taken at my motel". Well here are the pictures and you can see that the bedspread and bed skirt match those in HIS motel. If we were trying to get money I'm not sure why we would go to a more expensive hotel. Needless to say check your mattress before staying here."

"Quiet location, dated rooms but clean for the most part. We did see two roaches but the worst part is the owner. He is shady! We tried to stay another day and he asked for our personal banking PIN. When we refused, he told us we should find another place to stay. So we did! Be careful of Frank!"

"Rooms are dated but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. All the people there are usually shutdown workers like myself so everyone is on the same page and respectful. Stayed here almost three months and I don't have a single complaint about my stay. Place is very convenient for workers parking at Valero's offsite parking lot."

"A/c barely worked, the shower didn't work, asked for another room. Was told the rest were already sold. Yet my truck is the only one in the parking lot. It literally looks like the Bates motel. The old man behind the counter is rather rude. If it was free, I still would not stay here again."
