"I have been buy my live crawfish from Rouses for over 6 years. On 5-14-23 I brought two 32 pound sacks of crawfish.they had a very funny smell but I was just thinking it was from them being in mud. So I got them home cut both sacks and put them in my ice chest with the water running and some salt . I noticed a lot of dead crawfish immediately so I started picking them out. It was a lot . So about 30 minutes if the soaking it was time to boil. I dumped some in the pot it smell horrible but my brother in law kept say it smells like pond water. So as they started boiling the smell became unbearable. So I still allowed them to soak my sister tasted them and almost I threw up. As I looked I noticed some of the had holes in the shells,some tails were detached from the body. My whole Mother’s Day was ruined my 64 pounds of crawfish were bad. Everyone was saying to call and say something . I said for what nothing is going to be done about it. I just said I won’t be back."
"Once again. Pre ordered 40 lb of crawfish for today. Went to pick them up. They did not have them. Seafood dept told me 20 minutes. Got home with them. They had no taste. No seasoning. Sad part.this was for some out of town Friends whom are in town. We ended up going out to eat"
"We contacted corporate to help with a matter of one of their stores double charged for a large money order. They responded rudely saying it was not their problem, that we had to go to the specific store which is another one star review for their disrespect over their own mistake, and still they refuse to correct their 275 dollar mistake. not to mention, they clearly said it is not their problem that their mistake caused multiple overdraft fees and would not do anything to help get them removed."
"The store on martin luther king in houma likes to put 9 day past last freshness date in your pick up orders. Yougurt. Cheesecake. Disgusting really. 3 weeks running. Seems like regular occurence. Just nasty."
