"I am not a picky person at all but this hotel was by far the worst one I have ever been too when we arrived the windows in the lobby were up because the ac was broken they also had a hard time finding our reservations in their system, we finally got that part situated and got our room key this Hotel does not have elevator, so if you are a heavy packer, I would not recommend because you’ll be carrying your suitcases up the stairs when we got our room, it was extremely hot inside. When we turned on the AC it had an awful smell coming from out it the towels along with the bedsheets and pillows all had stains on it. they also claim to offer continental breakfast, but it’s only cereal that has been sitting there for forever with the container of milk that was sitting on the counter, and not in any type of refrigeration when we went to leave and asked for our receipts, the man did not want to give it to us, and then continue to act like he cannot find it in the system until he realize we were not leaving which then he printed them"

"The room was just flat out gross. It's a non-refundable hotel, but I couldn't even stay the one night I paid for, and drove 2+ hours back to my house. Several varieties of dead bugs no one even bothered to vacuum, including ants, crickets, roaches, bed bug. Sheets had stains and the beds felt like a rock with blanket over it. The mini fridge sat at an angle and the shelves were cracked and bent. The toilet wasn't grounded and rocked while you sat on it. The showerhead was gunked up and rust, and the a/c vent in the room was so gross that it could've had mold in it. I've stayed at a bad hotel before, but I've never felt the need to have to scrub my skin off in the shower because of how filthy I felt just being in the room."

"We pay For a two bed room but one bed was a bed sofá with no pillows or blankets but clean room"

"I gave it 4 starts because customer service was great late a night, but I found a dead roach in the room. The room looked good and had a great bathroom."

"The rooms are only cheap because the staff is charge-happy. Cleaning staff is rude so if you decide to check in earlier than check in time, you can expect them to be very audibly displeased and disrespectful about it. They’ll tell the front desk to make you wait an extra 30 mins just to charge you twice the amount of the room charge because they can’t be bothered to do their own jobs efficiently by cleaning the rooms. If a cheap room is all you’re looking for you’d be better off at a motel or something. No complimentary breakfast as advertised, useless appliances in the rooms simply for decoration it seems (no water in the mini fridge, cups for the coffee maker but no coffee sugar or creamer present. You only get two towels and one wash cloth. Honestly a poor excuse for a hotel.)"
