"I find them cleaner and more organized than home depot. But the employees are not as informed as your local hardware store."
"Bought 34 bags of red mulch. About half of it lost it's color after about 4 days. Lowe's said they don't guarantee it but they would get in touch with the vendor and make good on this. After speaking with 2 managers and going to store no one has done anything. This store is badly understaffed!!! Not a good experience at all."
