"I went in today to get my blood work done, and it was not my best experience. The worker who did it this time name is Tiffany. She got the job done way quicker than she was supposed to almost like she was in a rush. She hurried up and stuck me with a needle and began to insert the vials. While taking one vial out and placing another one in she was not gentle at all. Hours later after I took off my bandage, I realized how bruised the area that I was tested from was and I do not bruise easily, at all. I also saw how I had a huge blood clot not too far from the area as well. Almost like the needle went in one way and out another, at least that’s what it looked like. I‘ve had blood tested multiple times before this and this was the worst experience I had ever have. I had a great experience once before at this same location, but by a different worker. I would’ve rated them a zero if I could’ve."
