"After multiple attempts to have an MRI performed on both shoulders I was able to get it done with this wonderful place! I am very claustrophobic and had tried at a huge medical center in Jefferson,La only to not be able to go thru it as well due to the doctor NOT listening to me about my claustrophobia. So I moved on to another ortho doctor and his office sent me to Open Air MRI in Metairie, La. The technician that I first met was the kindest, professional and personable woman I have met lately in a medical place. She eased my mind and helped me to relax for the test. The second technician that also assisted me was the same. I recommend this place to ANYONE, especially those with issues with tight spaces, anxiety issues and claustrophobia. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and helpful to me thru this procedure!"
"This place was answer to a prayer. I have herniated disks that needed to be diagnosed so I could get relief from my sciatica that had been excruciating to the point of tears and debility for 3 weeks. After a horrible experience at a "open" MRI that was NOT (it was open on the dies - who cares? I could not get out!) This one included no stress, no anxiety, and required no meds. A lovely experience. My comfort was their priority. Got to sit and watch TV. At no time was I unable to flea if need be (like if the power went off). This is the ONLY place to have an MRI!"
"I had a wonderful experience at this facility. This was the first time I needed an MRI and chose to go here because they had the open machine and the price was better than going through the hospital. All of the staff was very pleasant. The lady who performed the MRI explained everything very well and made me feel really comfortable even though I was slightly nervous since I had never had an MRI before. The results came out exactly as needed by my doctor. I will definitely go back here for any future scans I might need. Thanks again."
