"I wasnt pleased with the maintenance of the property. It was clean looking in the rooms, beds were nice, pillows were tiny, the freezer door wouldn't close cause freezer needed defrosting. Temps outside dropped to 21° F n my heater didn't work n the TV kept loosing dignal..it's just neglect or laziness on the owner. The repairs need to be done by somebody who knows how to do them n takes pride in their work. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was knowledgeable of the area, friendly, n very helpful."
"I was a little confused that their website says pet friendly but everywhere outside their building says they're not but other than that.. the lady was a little disengaged during check in but oh well! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable"

"The Front Desk Staff Brandi and Faith were kind, caring, and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one! The housekeeping staff Victoria and Melissa work very hard at keeping the rooms clean and stocked. The only complaint we had was the owner Nick is very unkind and unaccommodating! We requested a late checkout and was told that it would be a $20 additional fee. It was very upsetting to be treated like an ATM rather than a valued customer. FYI, there is a $20 early checkin charge as well!"
